近年来，“宅经济”和“懒人经济”快速发展，让许多人的消费和生活习惯发生了变化。疫情之下，烹饪即食（ready to cook）、加热即食（ready to heat）、开袋即食（ready to eat）等即享食品凭借其便捷等特点，正成为不少人的饮食新选择。
“预制菜”备受消费者欢迎
“人人轻松成大厨”“八分钟一道菜”“居家必囤，加热即食”……
Major ready meal makers have witnessed a surge in sales, and big e-commerce grocery platforms such as Freshippo, Missfresh, Meituan Maicai and Dingdong Maicai have increased their investments in the sector. During the May Day holiday in early May, sales of ready meals on those platforms surged 100 percent to 500 percent year-on-year.
疫情期间，“预制菜”解救了众多厨房“小白”，广受消费者们的欢迎。盒马鲜生、每日优鲜、美团买菜、叮咚买菜等生鲜电商平台也纷纷加大了对这一领域的投入。

据京东消费及产业发展研究院联合京东超市发布《2022即享食品消费趋势报告》显示，消费者对于“高效厨房”的需求加上疫情的影响，使得“预制菜”消费需求提升明显，2021年预制菜成交额同比增长156%。
每年的“春节档”，也是预制菜消费的高峰时期，“预制菜”凭借“省时省心”又饱含“人间烟火气”的特点承包了越来越多家庭的年夜饭。
近年来，“预制菜”行业蓬勃发展，各大品牌纷纷入局，商品种类更加丰富，口味也更加多样。
“ 一人食”也要有仪式感
China has more than 125 million people who live alone, according to data from the National Bureau of Statistics released last year.
2021年中国统计年鉴显示，2020年，全国“一人户”家庭超过1.25亿，占比超过25%。
Meanwhile, an increasing number of people who live alone have fueled the market that targets single diners.
单身人口和独居人口的增加，进一步催生了“一人食”的市场。
In 2021, the supply volume of food in individual servings online more than doubled the volume available in 2020. Last year, sales of light meals, rice-flour noodles, high-end noodles and self-heating meal options were quite popular, according to online retailer JD.
京东数据显示，2021年 “一人食”产品数量同比增长超1倍。其中，代餐轻食、米线米粉、高端面食和自热系列深受消费者喜爱。
Instant spaghetti in tomato meat sauce, black pepper and cream flavors has become a hit among young Chinese consumers, especially among single diners.
对于不少年轻消费者而言，兼具方便和仪式感的轻烹意面也备受青睐。值得一提的是，番茄肉酱、黑椒、奶油口味的意面颇受欢迎。
Besides, Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region-inspired luosifen, or pungent rice noodles containing pickled bamboo shoots and river snails, saw its sales surge last year by more than 50 percent year-on-year, JD found.
此外，年轻人对螺蛳粉的喜爱更是停不下来，2021年螺蛳粉的销量同比增长52%。
不用切菜、洗菜，更无须担心厨艺不佳，只需简单加工或加热一下，一道色香味俱全的家常菜就可以端上桌。最简单不过的居家饮食，也可以吃出满满仪式感。
